My first post is an Ormer shell

Hi folks!

Here’s my first post, a photo of an Ormer shell, perhaps not what you would expect for a game dev blog but it’s the first time I’ve actually seen one not to mention eaten one.

We trimmed the outer hard edge, tenderised and fried in a little flour and garlic butter. Not too dissimilar to scollops but I think I prefer scallops…food for thought!
